Lentils, beetroot and feta wellington served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables (v)

Fillet steak (200g) with portobello mushroom and tomato with fried Lyonnaise potatoes served with either green peppercorn or blue cheese sauce (£6 supplement)

Salmon marinated in mulled wine served with green beans, creamy garlic and herb parmentier potatoes

Pork tenderloin with wild mushrooms and a Madeira sauce crushed baby potatoes and green beans
