Goats cheese, baked pear & apple on puff pastry served with rocket and balsamic (v)

Asparagus, rocket and Parma ham bruschetta served with a honey dressing 


Roast turkey with sausage meat & chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, sprouts, carrots and roasted parsnips

Cheese, leek and onion potato cake coated in breadcrumbs, pan fried and served on a baked flat mushroom, with green beans and a herb cream sauce (v)

Pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach and apricots, wrapped in bacon served with fried new potatoes & green beans, finished with a goat’s cheese sauce

Roasted Prosciutto-wrapped salmon served with puy lentils cooked in vegetable stock with garlic and sage, baby spinach, fresh herbs and finished with a seasoned yoghurt dressing


Apple and cinnamon crumble served with custard

Warm chocolate fudge cake with ice-cream
